Your satisfaction is our number one goal. Any purchase made online will be gladly refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the exception of special orders. Please contact us and we will work with you (even after the 30-day return period), for legitimate product-related problems, as we strive to be equitable and honest.
Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and/or blank warranty cards. Also, please include a copy of the original receipt with the product. Any items not meeting these requirements will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

A return authorization is required on all items returning to the warehouse. You have 30 days from receipt of your shipment to obtain a return authorization by contacting us at 941.921.5438. The return shipment must then be received within fifteen (15) business days of the authorization. Ship the product in its original shipping carton with the
Return Authorization printed on the shipping label (please do not mark on the original cartons).

The Green Tune Challenge Satisfaction Guarantee
Due to the nature of the Green Tune Challenge, we will accept officially marked "Green Tune Challenge CDs" for up to 90 days from the date you have received them. This should give you ample time to
Take the Green Tune Challenge.
Please follow the guidelines set forth by the Green Tune Challenge Rules. In the event that you decide to return the Green Tune Challenge CD for a refund,
you must send both, the Green Tune Challenge CD with the 'challenger disc' which you deemed is better than the Grado Series Green Tune CD.
Both discs should have identical recordings on them, according to the Official Green Tune Challenge Rules.
Lifetime Warranty Limitations | top of page
GreenTuneCd.com warrants to the original end user customer, of its products specified below, that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship.
Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, GreenTuneCd.com will, at its option, replace any of its products that prove defective by reason of
improper workmanship or materials. Replacement products will be provided on an exchange basis, and will be a new replacement product.
In the event GreenTuneCd.com is unable to replace the product, we will refund or credit the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.
This limited warranty does not cover any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, insufficient or excessive electrical supply,
abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
This limited warranty also does not apply to any product on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed,
has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been sold as 'pre-recorded' or has been resold contrary to the US export regulations.
This limited warranty covers only replacement, refund or credit for defective products, as provided above.
GreenTuneCd.com is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any loss of data or any costs associated with determining the source of system problems or removing,
servicing or installing these products. This warranty excludes 3rd party software, connected equipment or stored data. In the event of a claim, GreenTuneCd.com's
sole obligation shall be replacement of the product purchased.
Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired.
This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for so long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.
